Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and project payments are handled for services provided by Caesius Collective.

2. Project Commencement

A project is considered active once:

• the proposal or quotation has been accepted;

• any required advance payment has been received;

• work has commenced.

3. Client Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project at any time.

Where work has already begun, charges will apply for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Completed milestones remain payable.

4. Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve customised creative and technical work, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Generally:

• work already completed is non-refundable;

• completed project phases are billable;

• partially completed work may receive a partial refund where appropriate.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• consultation fees;

• strategy sessions;

• design work already completed;

• development work already completed;

• domain registrations;

• hosting services;

• premium themes;

• premium plugins;

• software licences;

• third-party subscriptions;

• other third-party purchases made specifically for a project.

6. Project Delays

If project progress is delayed due to missing content, approvals, or communication from the client, timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Extended inactivity may require project rescheduling.

7. Cancellation by Caesius Collective

Caesius Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project where:

• payment obligations are not met;

• abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs;

• required project information is repeatedly withheld;

• continued work becomes impractical or impossible.

Any completed work remains payable.

8. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to this Policy

This policy may be updated periodically.

The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision.
