Unless otherwise stated, all content published on this website—including text, graphics, branding, layouts, illustrations, icons, code, documentation, and visual assets—is the intellectual property of Caesius Collective.

3. Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, photographs, documents, and other materials they provide.

By supplying such materials, clients confirm that they have the necessary rights to permit their use within the project.

 


 

4. Project Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final project deliverables transfers to the client only after all outstanding payments have been received in full.

Until payment is complete, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Caesius Collective.

 


 

5. Pre-Existing Assets

Caesius Collective retains ownership of:

  • internal frameworks;

  • reusable code;

  • proprietary systems;

  • templates;

  • development tools;

  • workflows;

  • methodologies;

  • libraries;

  • design systems;

  • utilities developed independently of a specific client project.

These assets may continue to be used in future projects.

 


 

6. Third-Party Assets

Projects may include third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, stock imagery, APIs, or other licensed materials.

Ownership and licensing of these assets remain with their respective owners and are subject to their individual licence agreements.

 


 

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Caesius Collective may display completed and publicly available client work within its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, or promotional materials.

Confidential projects will not be showcased without permission.

 


 

8. Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content published by Caesius Collective infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient details so that the matter may be investigated promptly.
